IS THERE A DEPOSIT?
Yes, there is a $50 non-refundable deposit when you place your order. The remaining balance is due when you pick up your tuxedo. (See Cancellation Policy below.)

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DAMAGE OR
LOSE PART OF THE TUXEDO?
A $5.00 damage fee is included in the rental of your tuxedo to cover any UNINTENTIONAL wear and tear. Any lost pieces or intentionally damaged items will be your responsibility and is subject to replacement charges assessed by the merchant.

WHAT IF I LIVE IN ANOTHER AREA? HOW CAN I GET MY TUXEDO ORDER TO YOU?

If you are the groom or if you are choosing your own tuxedo, please browse our tuxedo shop online and make your selection from 
 Jim's Formal Wear .

Print the "Out-of-Town Measurement Form" , take it to your local Men's Formal Wear Shop and have a professional do the measurements.

THEN either fill out the online order/measurement form or fax/mail your printed measurement form to us.

WHAT IF I JUST WANT TO SEND MY MEASUREMENTS?

WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY TUXEDO?
Tuxedos are typically available for pickup two days before your event. However, they are not guaranteed to arrive until the day prior to the scheduled use date. For Saturday and Sunday events, tuxedos typically are shipped to us on Thursday.  Please give us a call if you plan to pick up your tuxedo before Thursday afternoon to make sure it has been delivered. FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, we are available after hours (by appointment) when needed.

WHEN DO THE TUXEDOS HAVE TO BE RETURNED?
The tuxedos MUST be returned by 2 PM the first business day after use, typically MONDAY. WE ARE CLOSED ON SUNDAY. HOWEVER, we will make arrangements for Sunday returns FOR WEDDING PARTIES LEAVING EARLY. Be sure to let us know at your final fitting.

WHAT IF SOMETHING DOES NOT FIT?
We strongly encourage you to try on your tuxedo before leaving our store. If something does not fit, a replacement garment can be ordered for you. We are not responsible for garments that do not fit if we did not personally take the measurements. However, we will still order replacement garments at your expense. Replacement garments must be ordered before 5pm Monday thru Friday for overnight delivery. PLEASE BE SURE TO HAVE A PROFESSIONAL DO YOUR MEASUREMENTS, IF YOU LOSE OR GAIN WEIGHT PRIOR TO THE EVENT - GET MEASURED AGAIN and send us your new measurements.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you must cancel your order and do so more than 14 days prior to your wear date, we will refund your deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of your wear date will result in forfeiture of deposit.
